  • Stand alone system or integrated in the Hot/Cold test bench control system
  • Customized bucklers and supports to reduce vibration, oil, water and vapor effects
  • Contemporary use of the most common acoustic analysis tools (FFT, Order Analysis, Octave Bandwidth Spectrum, ecc) and algorithms based on artificial neural networks
  • SW guideline for sensor calibration
  • Mask building and periodic statistical review
  • Automatic quick response for engine deliberate or waste
  • Engines, gearboxes and driveline components monitoring, examples:
    • Gears and idlers
    • Camshaft  and Balance Shaft System
    • Turbocharger
    • Belt Distribution
    • Water and Oil Pump
